To improve the users' experience on access to BRAVO by different mobile devices and enhance the system, the BRAVO has been upgraded with new interface and enhanced features.
Acceptance of Company User Registration in BRAVO

To facilitate the use of BRAVO by public in capacity of a company, application for registration as a company user of BRAVO is now available through online registration or submission of application form. Extension of time period for users' inspection of building and minor works records in BRAVO

To facilitate public inspection, the allotted time period for users' inspection of building and minor works records in BRAVO has been extended from 24 hours to 72 hours. For details, please refer to the Terms & Conditions in online Registration as a User of BRAVO.
Revisions to Application Forms for Inspection and Copying Services

Application Forms BIC 1, 3 and 4 are revised requiring the applicant in the capacity of a company applying for inspection and/or copying services to provide personal identification information from 31 March 2022. In addition, the information on passport and non-Hong Kong Identity Card of the applicant are also updated in the relevant forms.
