Important Notes
This list of records contains the academic qualifications (AAQ) of the technically competent persons (TCP) previously accepted by the Buildings Department when conducting audit checks on TCPs' registration applications/appointment under the Buildings Ordinance and the Code of Practice for Site Supervision 2009 (2024 Edition).
Purpose
The AAQ aims to enhance public access to information for reference by applicants/practitioners concerning TCPs' registration/appointment. It should be noted, however, that the list is not meant to be exhaustive.

In general, the academic qualifications awarded by an institution in a specified year as shown in the AAQ are considered acceptable, and applicants/practitioners will not be required to submit further substantiations unless such previous acceptance was subject to specified conditions. In case of doubt, the Users should seek advice from the Buildings Department.
Users shall agree and accept the statements set out in the "Important Notices" of this website.
Updating of Information
The Administrator reserves the right to change, alter, add, delete, revise and update any information contained in the AAQ at such time and in such manner as it considers appropriate. Notwithstanding anything herein contained, the Administrator is not obliged to and shall not be required to keep all the information contained in the AAQ up-to-date.
