Terms of Reference
To advise the Building Authority on matters related to the oil storage installations and associated works:
- matters relating to the prevention of environmental pollution, fire and explosion arising from or associated with the operation of oil storage installations and associated works;
- the remedial works or other measures required to reduce the risk of such pollution, fire and explosion at any oil storage installation; and
- the regular review of the means of achieving the requirements of Building (Oil Storage Installations) Regulations.
