The Prescribed Building Professionals (PBP) appointed to carry out minor works under the MWCS shall be an Authorized Person (AP), Registered Structural Engineer (RSE), Registered Geotechnical Engineer (RGE) or Registered Inspector (RI).
The Prescribed Registered Contractor (PRC) appointed to carry out the minor works under the MWCS shall be a Registered General Building Contractor (RGBC) or Registered Minor Works Contractor (RMWC) who are qualified to carry out the minor works belonging to the class, type and item for which they are registered.
