Class I and II Minor Works Requirements

Class I minor works are of higher degree of complexity and risk, whereas Class II minor works demand for medium degree of complexity and risk.

Before commencement of works

At least 7 days before the commencement of works, please submit the following documents:

• Notification of commencement of works (Specified Form MW01   or MW03  )
• Prescribed plans and details of the works
• Photographs
• Other documents to the Buildings Department
• View sample form of MW01 
• View sample form of MW03 

After completion of works

Within 14 days after completion of works, please submit the following documents:

• Certification of completion of works (Specified Form MW02   or MW04  )
• Record plans
• Photographs
• Other documents to the Buildings Department
• View sample form of MW02
