- Make sure the computer can access to the digital signature file (e.g. by plugging in the e-Signature token to the computer).
- Open the PDF form using Adobe Reader or Acrobat
- Remove the signature
Locate and right-click the signature field, an option to remove signature is displayed. Click the option to remove the signature.
- After removing the signature from PDF form, corresponding data items will also be reopened for edit.
Please note
- The computer needs to access the e-Signature's "private key" when unsigning the PDF form. Therefore unsigning the PDF form also requires plugging in e-Signature token.
